K11 is an internationally accredited and Government recognised institution. His Fitness Certifications include a Basic Personal Trainers Course, Sports Nutrition Course and Master Trainers Course. Currently he is preparing for exams of Personal Trainer's Course for Special Population and Lecturer Trainer's course in the same Academy.
As a result of his fitness related studies, research and constant updation, he has gained a deeper insight into the workings of Human Anatomy, Exercise Physiology and Human Kinetics and its practical application on the gym floor.
